Faculty Position in Finance
The Department of Finance at National Chengchi University is seeking tenure-tracked assistant/associate professors effective February 1 or August 1, 2023. All areas of specialization will be considered. Successful candidates must have a Ph.D. degree in finance upon the employment date. Faculty members are expected to possess strong research capability, to teach at the undergraduate and graduate levels in English, and to contribute the service to the university.
National Chengchi University, well known for its leading education and research in business and social science, is one of the most prestigious universities in Taiwan. College of Commerce is accredited by both AACSB, EQUIS, and PIM. The Department of Finance offers undergraduate, master, and Ph.D. programs. The Department of Finance is building a strong research group in an excellent research environment by offering an extensive set of databases and various supports for faculty research. The department currently has 12 full-time faculty members engaging in high-quality research published in leading finance, accounting, economics, and real estate journals. The research seminar series invite presentations by local and global scholars. Hiring is contingent upon the eligibility to work in Taiwan.
