Faculty Position in Finance
 
Department of Finance, National Chengchi University is seeking full-time assistant/associate professors effective August 1, 2019, or as soon thereafter as possible. Successful candidates must have a Ph.D. degree in finance, or a related discipline upon the employment date. Faculty members are expected to show strong research performance, to teach at the undergraduate and graduate levels, and to contribute their service to the university. Potential applicants must be able to teach in English. All areas of specialization will be considered.
National Chengchi University, best known for its leading business education and research reputation, is one of the most prestigious universities in Taiwan. College of Commerce is accredited by both AACSB and EQUIS. The Finance department is building a strong research group in an excellent research environment by offering an extensive set of databases and strong support for faculty research. The department currently has 13 full-time faculty members engaging in publishing in top finance, accounting, economics, and real estate journals. The Finance department offers undergraduate, master, and PhD programs and has an active research seminar series, with papers presented by local and global scholars. Hiring is contingent upon eligibility to work in Taiwan.
